  • SPECIAL REPORT: Interview with KOI CEO Adinsapo on IAS and Other Related Topics

Today, I was given the chance to have a sit-down with the CEO of known car brand KOI; Adinsapo. This will not be edited and will be completely quoted, so I'll be highlighting different me or them talking in different colours instead of the usual giant text. I also shortened our names to not have to type out "Catalyst_0" over and over again. Here's a quick key for who's who. Adin- Adinsapo Cat- Catalyst_0 (me) Interview Adin: So, at IAS this year we'll probably have about 4 new/returning models. A compact sedan (like the Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic) to be named, a crossover SUV (like the Hyundai Venue or Chevrolet Trailblazer) to be named the XYZ, a midsize SUV (like the Toyota Highlander or Honda Pilot) to be named the Arc-A, and a midsize sedan (like the Toyota Camry or Hyundai Sonata) to be named. So, do you have any questions involving these models? Cat: What will power them? Adin: All top-level trims of these cars will be powered by a hybrid system, with a base hybrid trim available. the compact sedan and XYZ crossover will most likely feature a 4 cylinder engine, or a turbocharged 3 cylinder engine. The midsize SUV will probably feature a 4 cylinder with the base trim model, and a V6 with higher trim levels. The midsize sedan will probably have the same powertrain as the midsize SUV. It may also share the same powertrain from the KOI-powered Sonya Congo. All of these are subject to change, along with the models at IAS. (had to go do something so this anything following is after I got back) Cat: Would you expect Sonya to have a booth at IAS? Especially this late? Adin: Sonya has been accepted, and already has a booth designed. Yes. QKD however, probably not. Cat: Wow. Fast. Marvino hasn't gotten accepted yet. Adin: Not really, it took 4 months for KOI to get accepted. Cat: Wow. That's would be ludicrous if it weren't that the game itself probably is taking a while to build. I assume that Sonya had cars planned for the future and applied earlier within the year. Anyway, what was the biggest challenge to overcome when working on the latest from KOI? Adin: There wasn't really anything too difficult. Maybe lighting? Adin: (replying to here.) The only new car Sonya had is the Congo. (there was something else, but I'm not a liberty to put it down here, as you'll have to wait on the official announcement for that). Cat: Hm. So, what do you is in the future for KOI after the latest vehicles have been released? Adin: What do I have planned? What do you is? Cat: Oops! Yes, that what I meant. Adin: Probably older models, or new models for other KOI sub-brands. Like Sinuo, Atai, or Hinode. Cat: Wow. My next question is this: In your opinion, has KOI's technology business been behind competitors from Mohammed Tech, Vical, or even Sonya? If you think it has, what would you do to bring the brand back into the spotlight? Adin: Considering that KOI hasn't had any major product releases recently, I would say it's been behind. I just haven't had the motivation to make anything in that department recently. Although I would expect some new stuff to come out from June-September. Cat: I see, and I can relate. Studia has been behind Marvino and CarBlox since the Era launched since I was focused on getting the Marvino Deu done. Though, I have been picking up some steam on it with the upcoming keynote. Adin: That's good to hear. Cat: Anyway, this is my last question for our interview: How has Sonya working with KOI affected KOI, and you? Adin: Well, it's definitely given me less free time. But working with Sonya has given KOI some design help, with the now off-sale KOI Polybook 15 being the first KOI product affiliated with Sonya. Cat: Wow! Well, thank you for giving me your time to do this, even when I left halfway through. Adin: No, it's all good. Thanks for the interview. Outro So, anyway, that was the conclusion of the interview with Kayano-Owari International CEO Adinsapo! Check out their channel in the Sonya ARC Discord here. I hope you enjoyed this article, and do feel free to check out other articles from CarBlox here. We also just launched our new social site Instablox, which you can check out here! Thank you to Adinsapo for joining me. This Catalyst_0, on SPECIAL REPORT.

  • Industry Digest 20: Deck the Halls

Merry Christmas for those who celebrate it, happy Hanukkah for those who celebrate that, and those who celebrate something else, hope it was great! Recently, Discord began censoring the "wixsite.com" in our website and post links, meaning we'll be using a URL shortener now. This is the last Industry Digest of the year, so let's end on a high note. We already gave you two SPECIAL REPORTs in a row (a first for us here) and we got a few more to start off 2022! Enjoy the season, and let's get into the news! What We Missed Industry Digest 19 came out in late November, meaning we're behind by an entire month. So, to catch up, we'll put quick summaries of the most important things we missed (since writing about each and everyone one would be cruel, to you, and to our writer). Birthdays CEO Paraxium announced that on December 1st, Krypton Motors was turning 7 years old. On December 18th, Unity Motors turned 1 years old Lyx turned one years a WHILE ago Catalyst_0 has killed or nearly closed every brand he's had at least once except for Ito Architecture. 2021 is nearly over. Let's hope 2022 doesn't get a Netflix comedy movie about how bad it was like the first two. Marvino Under New Owner Marvino nearly closed it's doors, until Rapide CEO girl6143 took control, then relinquished it to MS Motor Works CEO msdattcv, who plans to make the Italian company a tuning brand alongside making cars. Marvino Leaves WAG Marvino left Windsor Automotive group for private reasons out of the blue. EUA is back Espila Unity Automotive Group is back together after months being seperated and EUA being EVA (Espila Venus Automotive) (1998 Cars) Setchi Announced a Partnership with Hamdan This basically means the two now worked together back in 1998, so doesn't really affect anything in the now right now. Untergelrich Update New town, new cars, who dis? Changelog linked below! Credit to LumiusRBLX, or_rx, Adinsapo, and serbossgamer and everyone who worked on this update and cars! Check out the game here. 2022 NVNA Acesera E Unveiled The long awaited 2022 NVNA Acesera has just been unveiled. Featuring a familiar yet different design to the 2021 Acesera, the new model will be bringing more minor changes than the 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 models (did they make a 2020 Acesera?) Anyway, the car will be featuring four trims: Regular, Electric, NVNAsport, and an interesting C trim, which "C" standing for Chroma. Earlier, NVNA offcially joined Chroma's Constructor's League alongside the likes of Zanic, Lagopus, and even us CarBlox with their Acesera GTZ. The newest Acesera is available in Pacifico 2 via buying one of the car packs in game. A full model release is confirmed, but the date isn't determined. NVNAMaps Anyone? Before we got the Acesera (6 hours prior due to the slowmode), NVNA CEO Axvnturador gave everyone a glimpse into the future of NVNA vehicles: navigation. This means NVNA will be stepping up to the plate alongside Colt Motors and SEGment's Electility who are working on a GPS. While Colt (and likely Electility) are looking to make them universal (working by just plopping your car down in a game), NVNA says "Navigation will be planned in very few games, if Navigation is feasible to include." meaning only select games will be getting the GPS system. We'll keep you updated on what might be dubbed by CarBlox "The Map Race" where companies go into the deep end and push ROBLOX's technology to it's limits trying to create a mini map so you don't have to spam "Where r u" in chat anymore when you get lost looking for the minute hamlet of Untergelrich in LumiusRBLX's Untergelrich map (which we'll get back to). Colt Okami Confirmed 2022? Possibly... The one car that has been getting hyped over for months finally has a release date? Yes, but actually no. Ono_Three, CEO of Colt Motors announced the car will be coming after 12/30/21 (December 30th, 2021). This confirmed that either it will come out on 12/31/21, as in New Year's Eve OR, more probable, it'll be releasing in 2022, sometime. It's mostly all up in the air, and Colt continues to keep it's lips zipped on the Okami, so know it's probably sometime soon, but if you want to eat some grains of salt, don't expect it to launch at midnight on the last 24 hours of the year. Though, Colt has been known to shatter expectations, so both you (and we) should keep out eyes peeled. Origalas Arrive! Finally, after months of waiting, patiently, UniQ Origala pre-orders are going out. Not only did this writer get his pre-order for the Polish coupe, but others are bound to as well (or already had one, like 4rotr). "The UniQ Origala will continue with it's current design and pre-orders are expected to deliver this week." to quote CEO v3terann. With the Origala out, that's sure one gift you won't forget. Razzo Dazzle Once Again Some may recall an article CarBlox posted titled "Razzle Dazzle No More" where it goes over Razzo and it's woes. Well, fast forward to today and you'll realize that post feels ever more outdated. With a legacy to fulfill and a story that's not over, Razzo, now headed by carmaster93 (MrBlimbo), has dropped a teaser of the upcoming Tiro. With this new post, we could be seeing the full unveiling of a car that's been in development in a long time. Once again, I ask you to be respectful of Sergio's passing (and if you don't know what I'm talking about, the Related Posts will link you to what we wrote on his passing), which will give you some insight). CarBlox will continue to keep you updated on further developments. Poseidon Vehicle Drop New Poseidons for all! Featuring in the 2022 all-electric Kentwood, Kentwood Wagon, and TR-1Z 1T pickup is the company's cCore OS, or in other words, the company's first infotainment system. While at the moment limited, it's in version 1.0, so it has time to evolve from a Pichu to a Raichu in no time! Also the truck definitely needs a better name it's insufferable to type out. Use the buttons to get your choice below! Zuntuni - For the People Meet Windsor Automotive Group's newest member company: Zuntuni. The Japanese company, announced using a "could be better" graphic poster (in typical WAG fashion to make posters for new companies), is a company CarBlox's Catalyst_0 met the CEO of PRIOR to it joining WAG. He was approached by the CEO a few months ago, and took a few pictures of Zuntuni's debut car: the JI100. It's a wagon, it's a SUV, it's a Solara, or a Ceinder! Whatever you may think, the brand came up interestingly seeing as it grew outside the Autoworks bubble. Ironically, Marvino left shortly after the new brand joined. The brand will join Rapide, who is working on multiple models of their own and the other brands, which aside from Windsor and Rapide, have remained extremely silent. Also LF was kicked from the group over Gooey being, well, Gooey. The Zuntuni JI100 has no public release date (that this writer can remember). The CEO is not in Autoworks either, making WAG have two <13-year-olds in it's ranks. Conclusion Once again, sorry it's late by two days (in MDT, I'm finishing at 2:xx on December 27th. I wish I could have gotten it on Christmas, but I got busy. Happy holidays, and to be early for once: Happy New Year (unless you celebrate Chinese New Year, that was back on February 12th).

You must refer to me as "Your Utmost Majesty and Grace, the One and Only Emperor of Autoworks, Duke of Untergelrich, Viscountess of Ireland, Lord of Roblox, and Child of the Most Divine" if you wish to keep your body in once piece. Have a great April Fools Day! Muwahahahahaha!

  • Reviews: 2023 Konian Elusive ZR

With a top speed of 185 MPH and a slick design, the Elusive is a performance sedan ticks the right boxes and looks good while doing it. Photographed in Untergelrich, Carblox Testing Grounds V3. The Elusive is back again, and it looks great. Konian's sports sedan was previously rebuilt for the 2011 model year. But for a few months, Konian owner T3STAR has been giving us glimpses at the modern rendition of the popular sports sedan, and in this review, here is she. The design gives a refreshed take on the 2011 model's design, making changes but keeping the overall body shape, but matches the Roamer hatches with the upside-down trapezoid grille. The rims compliment the vibrant red paint job of the model we had well and performed excellently. The headlights are completely different, and while at first, I found them jarring, I've grown to like them quite a bit. At night, they illuminate admirably, in both a headlight and fog light stage on the stock model, and in one stage in Untergelrich, which was great since I did a lot of driving at night in the town. The rear is more reminiscent of the 2011 model, featuring the same shaping and being a more "facelifted" version of what we saw previously, being made to fit the new look. While driving, I did notice that even when both turn indicators are off, you can see parts of the appear and disappear. It's not an issue or a flaw by any means, but it's just a little quirk that's likely tied to the unique functioning of the lights to achieve this specific style. Alongside a refreshed exterior, the Elusive recieves a performance bump, which all contribute to an insanely fast driving experience. The car has a top speed of 185 MPH (298 KMH) and goes from standstill to 60 MPH (96 KMH) in under 4 seconds. The sedan handles the curves of highways and hills with utmost ease and getting to wherever you're heading to feels like no time with the quick acceleration. The sedan brakes as fast as it accelerates, and you can slow yourself down from over 100 MPH with ease if you can see your turn approaching beforehand, otherwise, like when you're speeding in most cars, you're probably going to do some makeshift off-roading or blow right past it. Moving over to inside the vehicle, the Elusive's interior is well made and detailed, but takes a more reserved approach compared to the ultra-minimalism of say, an Elektrisk Polaris. The center display features information on a screen that does turn on once you start the car but does not do anything besides that. The interior is fully functional, from the steering wheel to the gauge cluster, and is highly detailed. The seats are well made, the insides of the doors are neat, and overall exudes a very polished cabin. It's reserved and will not scream at you. I wish there was more lighting in the interior overall, and that it illuminated the ground when you open the doors, but those are nitpicks that don't affect the driver experience, unless you prefer a first-person experience, where the interior feels quite one-tone. You also can not see your exact speed nor when your turn indicators or lights are on via the driver cluster, and even with the grey metal trimming around the cabin, the sheer amount of black on black with the stock car leaves a little more contrast to be desired. Again, there is not much besides tiny nitpicks regarding the auto. The Elusive is only available as a right-hand drive automobile and comes in a shiny metallic red that was changed for Untergelrich specifically. The stock colour the car comes in really isn't bad, but the shininess of the paint does not make the car looks flattering, so it's best to change it to a flat 0, especially if you plan on changing the colour regardless. The 2023 Konian Elusive, overall, is an appealing, fast, and fashionable performance sedan that gives you the speed you want in a pretty package, in a quality that is top notch, with an emphasis on fit and finish. But while it is a potent piece of power, the interior does not bring the same confidence, and while is just as well made as the exterior, does what needs to be done, and does not do frivolous things like reinventing the steering wheel or expansive displays, which comes at its help or detriment depending on the driver. Konian has once again, eluded a poor experience with the new Elusive. Nobody had editorial input on this review, and T3STAR is seeing it as the same time you are.

  • 2016 Ciazzi i-Flux GS - Form Over Function

Ciazzi's tiny kei-car pairs a understated but adorable quality design with only good functionality. This is the Ciazzi i-Flux GS, for the 2016 model year, who's much more interesting that it's dark grey paint job is letting on. Starting with the build quality, it's excellently put together, this compact car no notable seams, with relatively high detail inside and out. High craftsmanship all around. One could say the bodywork is slightly reminiscent of the Solara Yokomuki's, but that's a compliment, not a con. The design reflects this. With my default scale 1.0 avatar, half of the arm sticks out, as is standard for most automobiles. This design is cute, and really compact, but plays it mostly safe, being no nonsense and keeping things cool. The rims are great quality, and utterly adorable. They pretty much put together this car's look. While one could say it could be a little more experimental, the i-Flux's other trims exist for those who want things like a vibrant lime green out of the box. The engine in the i-Flux GS is mostly realistic compared to what the vehicle actually is. The audios used are great and easy on the ears. Steering feels realistic, but acceleration feels a tiny bit too fast for complete realism, but is is actually a positive for the overall experience. But how is that tune in practice? Well, the Ciazzi is certainly fun to drive around the winding streets of Rungstad, being quick and very controllable, with a tight turning circle. The acceleration lends itself well to the car's size, and there's no notable issues in this department. Once again, it keeps things on Earth, but doesn't make driving it uninspiring. Functionality-wise, is where things drop from great to only good. Working gauges, animated steering wheel, and the screen inside turns on and off with the car are all you get in this regard. It lacks openable doors and an animated shifter and pedals. The latter two are not as big as missing openable doors, but are nice to have. Missing working doors is built into the construction of the bodywork not supporting it, and while it is sad to not see here, it doesn't impact the overall experience greatly. Overall, the 2016 Ciazzi i-Flux is a fun and memorable little kei car with looks you can get behind. While the acceleration seemed a little fast for a car of this caliber and compact stature, it could be perfectly fine, and the tune let the driving experience thrive, so even if it weren't realistic completely, it makes it better. The car does not go above and beyond with functionality, which if added could take this really good car and make it a great one. This car is recommended to those who aren't interested in the more fancy or more stripped down variants and trims of the 2016 i-Flux, but are looking for a compact, cute, and relatively quick car that slots right in the middle between them all.

Arus and Danketsu Move to Uemuki Unity's two main subsidiaries announced the move to Uemuki Group yesterday. Espila Unity Automotive is formed between HanCS75's Espila and Bryan_JamRBLX's Unity, which both brands spawned various sub brands, such as Espila's Venus, and Unity's various subsidiaries, from Jupiter in 2021, to Rounded in 2022, to Arus and Danketsu, today. With the move, while EUA will not die, it will become significantly smaller as Unity and it's sub brands are the active part of the group, while Espila and Venus have been relatively out of sight, out of mind since 2022. Uemuki itself, on the otherhand, has primarily Electility and Setchi, which now expands the Japanese automotive group's Blender-built offerings to four brands. On February 6th though, AshlxySxphr, who runs Nimbus, released the Veir MK4.75 GR-E in a right hand drive configuration, which brings marginal updates to the current generation Veir, which was originally supposed to end with the V20E Facelift in September 2022. Ono went on in the video's description about a primary factor that led to the hiatus, saying: "It seems as though life has became a more important priority as of recently, which has left me no time to work on any Colt vehicles. For now, Colt will be put on the back burner and development on current and future cars will be significantly slowed down. Again, as stated in a now deleted announcement video, thank you very much for any and all of the support displayed for Colt. (It means a whole lot to me) With all that being said, Happy Birthday Colt." This writer can especially relate to this. Happy Birthday Colt, take care of yourself people. Remember life comes first. Amaterasu Gears Up for a Comeback Amaterasu's looking to rise from the grave. Poseidon Gruppe broke a multi-month silence on January 9th, announcing the brand's come back. The return of Amaterasu was originally announced on April 1st as a serious addendum to Poseidon Gruppe's joke-brick vehicle, and those original plans have been carried on for 2023. Amaterasu's new logo - Image Credits: or_rx (Amaterasu, Poseidon Gruppe/rxGruppe) Amaterasu currently has only the AEO hatchback, released in 2020 for the 2021 model year, and the Gruppe has not stated exact plans yet. Alongside the planned return of Amaterasu, Poseidon Gruppe also revealing the possibility of a rebrand to rxGruppe, to simplify the naming scheme due the Poseidon Motors existing as a subsidiary of Poseidon Gruppe, which has confused some over who is what. Carblox will keep you updated on all things rxGruppe. The Voyage Is Just Beginning On January 17, Marvino Automobili owner Catalyst_0 announced the discontinuation of the iconic 2022 Marvino Voyage, built by Atai owner Adinsapo, which was released originally in late 2021 for the 2022 model year as a direct successor to the original 2021 model. Marvino has already shown the public the design of the 2023 Voyage, which introduces a completely new design language that is expected to be shared with other Marvinoes coming in the near future. "The 2022 Marvino Voyage completely changed the fate of Marvino, and if it weren't for it, Marvino would unlikely be here right now. A special thanks to Adinsapo for facelifting the 2022 model for it's launch in 2021. Today, after a two month delay and 85 model sales, the 2022 Marvino Voyage will be taken off sale from the marketplace as the new model get's closer and closer to completion (no official release dates here folks). I thank you for enjoying this car, and propelling this car, it was truly special." The brand also discontinued the lesser known and lesser well liked Marvino Merryweather roadster on the same day, who was released silently due to the production issues and hiatuses the coupe went through. The Italian automaker also has a 2023 model planned for the Merryweather. • Industry Digest 28: Tis' The Season

Zanic takes a new approach, Konian shows off muscle car, and more news from the holiday season. Image Credit: Eromax156 (Grandway Motor Cars) Carblox Summarized NVNA Plans Jolly Release NVNA has two models it plans to release by the climax of the holiday season: the Model 4 and Deramo Concept. Both will run on stock A-Chassis, without any of NVNA's current or planned technologies. They were planned to go on sale November 10th, but it was delayed to around December 25th, give or take. Photo Credit: Avxnturador (NVNA) Volattolo Announces Next Big Thing Owner Colfedu_911 revealed plans for the next car from the hit Italian automaker, which goes by the Codename Superiotica. While it hasn't been actually built yet, aside from a gorgeous wheel rim design, the car will be based in the 2000s model years and feature a V12 currently being tested in a Avantidea test mule. Photo Credit: Colfedu_911 (Volattolo) 100% Australian Muscle Konian continues to tease the WIP muscle car the Aussie manufacturer is working on. Not much is known about it, but from the images provided by Konian, the muscle car will feature this dashing blue-and-white paint job and will don what seems to be Konian's original logo, from the early 2010s. Image Credits: T3STAR 1 Year of Akuma The Japan-based Uemuki Group brand turned 1 year old on December 10th, 2022, shortly after which the debutante Aikon coupe was unveiled. Image Credit: GlazyArchives (Akuma) Vuelo Joins Uemuki Vuelo formerly was part of the now deceased International Vehicle Automotive Industry, or IVAI Group during it's time as Cytel Motors. It joined IVAI on January 30th, 2022. Almost 11 months later, owner Dev_Jar was recently accepted into Uemuki Group, bringing Vuelo under the group. Uemuki is known for hosting the cream of the brick car crop, and Vuelo is not an exception. Zanic Reimagined GIF Credits: Veratech (Zanic) The Zanic you knew is mostly gone. Owner Veratech (fka QrzaDev) announced on November 11th that the brand is being restarted fresh. The name and logo will stay the same, and the history and lore of Zanic will receive changes. Alongside this, they said, quote: "The current lineup of cars is dead, they were quite shit and I wasn't happy with them. The only one that will remain will be the '84 GT400 and the '72 Cuneum Concept. Because I don't want to completely throw everything away I'll be giving off some existing cars - starting with the Ryura" Suru owners were given the opportunity to get the Ryura roadster the company unveiled earlier this year in an animated video. Veratech also went onto say: "My main problem with Zanic was making too much too quick, leaving lots unfinished. I'll try my best to avoid this and actually release something - no promises To start this redo off, we've got something special to tease below. Nicknamed P710 by yours truly, it's a pure V10 powered death trap with no drivers aids whatsoever It will be limited edition, likely order only and yes, hopefully, these orders will actually come out this time" The update announcement also attached an animated GIF of the upcoming car, where it can be made out the light grey-blue the car is. The automaker has refrained to divulge on the automobile, and Carblox will update you on public development news. Proton Unveils Upcoming Fourth Generation Mikura Image Credits: Veratech (Proton) Proton Motors revealed the design of the 1994 model year of the company's popular Mikura coupe, with the new model being the fourth generation of the model series lore wise. The new Mikura takes over from it's 1989 predecessor, featuring an inspired but complete redesign. Proton also announced that the car will come in 5 trims, each of which will have custom bumpers, hoods, side-skirts, and spoilers, for a total of 20 interchangeable parts. The upcoming Japanese sports coupe is planned to release in the first 3 months of 2023. Marvino Announces Redesigned 2023 Voyage Image Credit: Adinsapo (Marvino) Marvino is back and better than before. In a world where Italian brands such as Portocello, Ciazzi, and Volattolo popularize the cylindrical headlight style, Marvino unveiled a redesigned, improved version of their successful sub-compact crossover SUV. While Adinsapo, the Marvino brand contributor who is primarily responsible for the 2023 Voyage, alongside with owner Catalyst_0 have remained quiet on any specifics regarding the crossover, based on styling alone, the new Voyage takes a new design direction compared to the previous 2022 and 2021 models, but also maintains design staples of Marvinos, from the chunky wheel arches to the duo-tone paint and geometric grille shape. Marvino has practically become a mono-model company due to the Era sports coupe and Merryweather roadster both having sequels that have yet to fully materialize (or be fully realized), while the Voyage is making leaps and bounds in quality and technology as the darling of the lineup. RISAO-nding Comparison Image Credits: Ecoisk (RISAO) Meet RISAO, a new Scandinavian electric vehicle startup. If the words "Scandinavian electric vehicle startup" ring a bell, then a good portion of this article will definitely feel like déjà vu. The brand was founded by Ecoisk in 2022 and has already assembled a team of four to work on their automobiles. RISAO has yet to release their debut automobile, a electric crossover SUV, called the RISAO Alpine. The brand's motif is the iconic Scandinavian minimalism style seen globally and in your IKEA furniture. Now to address the elephant in the room: yes, it sounds like a remix of the same story that Elektrisk and Lyx both used, from the sleek graphics to the simple logo, alongside pre-assembling a talented crew of creators before the brand's launch. But with similarities come differences, and the differences are notable. Primarily, Elektrisk is now working on it's Stardom film/product/experience project, and Lyx... is well, dead. But alongside that, RISAO hasn't been pushing with big budget, high talent marketing and cinematic unveil videos, opting for a more reserved entrance into the community, which gives Ecoisk and their team some breathing room. RISAO plans to release the Alpine in early 2023, and aside from confirmed colours (including an extremely vibrant, eye-catching, orange), nothing has been set in stone. Carblox will keep you updated on future developments regarding RISAO, an upstart Norwegian electric vehicle company. That's A Wrap Image Credits: Elektrisk Elektrisk delivered their Elektrisk 2022: Wrapped blog post on December 12th, where the creative project summarizes their year. The annual tradition, which has been going strong since 2020, stayed around for the New Year (unlike Elektrisk's Innovation Week), and focused on Elektrisk's Stardom project, which has been a point of awe, debate, ridicule, and inspiration since we first saw it announced in January. The post did not give much new information, recalling the revealed production design of the ultra-exclusive, super rare FP.3 roadster, alongside the introduction of the project's protagonist, Elly. The blog post also mentioned the three slots open to anyone who dared to write theories about the project's storyline, where they were memorably given a large collection of inspiring songs, movies, photos, and colours that helped build participant's ideas. While originally, there was no deadline to this competition of sorts, Elektrisk announced on December 23rd that submissions will no longer be accepted past January 1st, 2023, which gives (as of writing on December 24th at 1 AM) 8 days for participants to get their theories in. The best theory wins. Industry Digest 28 • December 24th, 2022 • Last Edited 24/12/2022 Written and edited by Catalyst_0 • ©Carblox Editorial 2022

  • Industry Digest 27: Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between

Multiple things we've seen for a while are going away, while faces both old and new come back into the limelight, alongside other recent news in the fictional ro-automotive community. Image Credits: ItsFireFox2006 (Sonya) Carblox Summarized Konian's Back for More Konian has been on a streak as of late, with its most recent cars from both it and its subsidiary Fumi ranging from enjoyed to especially popular. And T3STAR has no interest in hitting the brake pedal, teasing a muscle-style coupe that's possibly the next thing up for the Aussie brand. Just like the improved Tiro, no other details have been provided. Image Credits: T3STAR (Konian) Hatchback Teasers for Days Side teasers are all the rage with the community all being tired of the basic headlights in a black background formula. Gallus and Escori teased upcoming models on October 22nd, with the Gallus being christened Fretka, and the Escori GT10 in a later uploaded video on October 24th. Image Credits: hackerkm (Gallus) The Gallus Fretka sedan¹ and Escori GT10 hatch both are confirmed they will be turbo powered, with the Fretka also confirming a four-door configuration and all-wheel drive. Neither has had any other details revealed. Image Credits: axflud (Escori) Guess Who DeBarge-d In This mystery brand, run by KASH1R0 (owner of DeBarge, Portocello, and Sedagli), teased a very well build automobile on October 22nd. Nothing else is known about the brand, but with the current quality outlook, keeping an eye on this unnamed company wouldn't hurt. Image Credits: KASH1R0 (DeBarge Parent Company) Peek-a-Boo, We're Back Ciazzi teased their next upcoming model on November 1st, and it improves over the models of past, which improved upon their own predecessors. Ciazzi joins Volattolo and Portocello as the next brick-built Italian brand to adopt the "circular tubular" headlight design (look out Marvino and Sedagli), and the next to release a classically styled car with them. Ciazzi Automobilla owner Eromax156 did not set any distinct release date, keeping it to a "coming soon if I feel like it" quip, but officially, the brand is here again, with something fresh. Image Credits: Eromax156 (Ciazzi) Saying Farewell to the Sonya Agora On October 15th, ItsFireFox2006, owner of the iconic Uemuki Group brand, announced that the Agora sedan has reached end-of-life. The model, alongside the nameplate is now discontinued and has been taken off sale on the Roblox Marketplace after an approximate year of sale. To send off the lineup of cars, the brand owner organized 10 final run models to be given to select people. On the 16th, the form closed, and the winners were chosen. The Agora was the last CFC07-based car to be released publicly and is the most well regarded CFC07 auto in the industry. It got multiple model years, dating to the 2000s over its lifespan. The model also received a limo model called the XTS, which was also placed off sale. Image Credits: ItsFireFox2006 (Sonya) - Early development picture of 2022 Sonya Agora Razzle Dazzle Once More Razzo has been revived from the dead again, this time by Konian owner T3STAR. On October 19th, he announced he would be taking over the defunct Italian manufacturer, telling the industry he's revamping the Tiro, the company's only car, to have quality that rivals the recently released 2023 Konian Elusive. No other details have been released regarding the brand, but this may be what the company needed to finally release the car after over a year of development hell, drama, and conflicts. Alongside the Tiro being closer to completion more now than ever before, with T3STAR at the helm, things may finally be looking up for Razzo. Image Credits: T3STAR (Razzo) Redesigned, Refined, Fremtid II Electility has completely reworked it's redefined Fremtid's design, going beyond refining the rough edges to giving a new style entirely. All rendered on a Steam Deck, no less. Brand owner keisozoku also gave us new details concerning the car, with the electric hypercar set to make 84o horsepower, which will all go to the rear wheels. While it is less HP than before, the exchanges made will definitely not mean it's taking everything any less than 200 MPH. Image Credits: keisozoku (Electility) Summit Climbs Back Up Summit Automotive has been extremely silent, virtually dead for a while now. At least until October 25th, where S_undown announced the brand is back, but not to haunt us from the grave. The post announced the Kesif, a compact crossover that is built on the same platform as the Summit Kintla. To quote S_undown: "-the Kesif aims to provide something that few other crossovers can attest to - a simple, fun, and affordable vehicle." The car's powertrain trims are still up in the air but are not publicly known. Overall, Summit plans to follow through with its name and begin climbing up from the start. There is no other information right now, but Carblox will keep you updated on further developments. Image Credits: S_undown (Summit) The End of the Road for Nucleus It feels like a decade ago when we were seeing the Nucleus Centrum sedan at Inspiration Autoshow 2021. It's been fourteen months since then, and a lot has changed, and it's the end of an era, Nucleus' specifically. Owner IssizArda, f.k.a TwxnMill released a document detailing the end of Nucleus. In the document, he described the thought process that took him to this decision: "I was planning to write this earlier and now I finally have found myself time to write this message. As I grew up from day to day, I got more desperate about my future-self since I became 18. Will I only be known for making cars in some kind of game without earning anything? Trying to play as a “corporate CEO”? Trying to “hype” people but ending up in a cliffhanger? Giving “promises”? " "Instead, I just want to get real, not to get into corporate bulls**t. I just want to do more than just designing cars for just a platform as my life doesn’t only consist of these. I want to be known with more general titles in art, music etc. With all these reasons, I decided to end the Nucleus Automobiles with a project." The project, which is currently unnamed, consists of two parts, the Nucleus Euph hypercar, which will be worked on first, and the Celebi II, a second generation of the recognizable electric hot hatch. Both are going to feature completely unique designs with high details and quality, alongside a top-notch driving experience. IssizArda did not confirm any sorts of release date, if it'll release to the public or be a paid limited production release, but after these cars are completed, that it will be the end of Nucleus. IssizArda did say, quote: ", it doesn’t mean that my passion for designing cars is completely gone. I had fun while designing cars and concept designs, felt the improvement, and had good friends. The end of Nucleus Automobiles doesn’t mean that I am completely quitting the community, I can still help others at designing stuff in the community, but not as a mainstream thing to do. I wrote this to get more balanced in my life, it isn’t only consistent just on one platform." In the end, Nucleus did a lot during it's time, from being in auto shows to completely reforming itself as an exclusive brand. From saying "Centrum Soon" to "Sayonara" alongside everything in between, the brand definitely made its mark in the community and industry, if you're one to enjoy playing "corporate CEO". It's time to say goodbye to Nucleus, it's time for it to go through nuclear fission. ¹Correction: The Gallus Fretka is a sedan, not a hatchback. • Industry Digest 26: Fast and Fabulous

Solara's logo get's a new look, EUA's making a slow comeback, and Vuelo's Prairie gives the brand a refreshed design identity, alongside other news stories. Written by Catalyst_0. Image Credits: Dev_Jar (Vuelo) Carblox: Summarized What Happened to What We Missed? It's being renamed to Carblox Summarized since some of these stories weren't actually missed, they're just too small to be fully developed into an article. The rename now shows these are summarized stories (which is exactly what they are). Nothing else will change. Volattolo's Avantidea Brings Fun Back Amid Confusing Comparisons The Avantidea performance coupe from the Italian company may not be the first "fun" car, but it certainly is one you'll remember. In the sea of rehashed WVD models and 2022 cars that are 2 weeks going on 8 years old, the Avantidea was refreshing, to both hackerkm, who uploaded multiple videos showcasing the car's enjoyable performance, and this writer who drove the car around a track in Oakburgh last week. Alas, it was not all smooth sailing when owner colfedu_911 comtinuously compared his auto to cars that were completely different aside from also having only two doors. Opinion: The Plight of the Poll If you remember mid 2021 Carblox, you remember Carblox Asks, the announcement series where we'd ask the industry an inquiry and receive and answer. Polling the community is a great way to get new ideas, sort out which ideas people want, and know what people think of your company. But for the past three weeks, it's been getting out of hand. Some are actually interesting, like Untergelrich owner LumiusRBLX polling for neighborhood names for his iconic town hub, but a lot of them are fluff, with no real reason to exist. When it comes to polls, they're useful, but one shouldn't rely on the community for what their company does, otherwise you'll end up seeing people ask for something you do not really want to work on if you are gunning for a specific thing. Poll wisely, and build what you want, not what emoji reactions to a announcement dictate. Nimbus Teases A Sedan Nimbus teased an upcoming sedan on October 5th via destorying the image quality, but did not name it. Could it be a new SE? Is it another Vier? We don't know, but we do know it'll come in white and it will have a slight appearance similarity to the Nimbus Vier via the primary grille design. Image Credits: CxllmeAshlynn (Nimbus) NVNA Teases The Handsome Upcoming Acesera NVNA dropped a glimpse of the handsome Acesera hypercar they're currently working on, and it looks as good as can be. Image Credits: Avxnturador (NVNA) Prominently featuring the redesigned wheel rims and an aggressively beautiful rear end, paired with a contrast-packed reflection of the car, NVNA flexes it's prowess in presentation. The company added the hashtag #Model11 onto the photo, alongside the quote: "Heaven or Hell? We're too far gone." NVNA owner Avxnturador is truly pulling out all the stops with the latest generation of the titular supercar, and this time, we're looking at a boost in the marketing department budget as well. Tune into Carblox for more news regarding NVNA, APEXGROUP, and more. Solara's Debuts Completely Redesigned Logo Solara owner lushbeta3 unveiled a new logo for the iconic Japanese manufacturer on October 9th, alongside a detailed statement as to why. Image Credits: lushbeta3 (Solara) He had this to say, quote (with grammatical fixes for readability): "It's about [time] we redesign the logo, no more 3Dtext fonts and it looks a lot more timeless and fits as a regular badge so we don't have to put whole text on the car. Now, you might be thinking, "Will current Solara's get this logo?" Probably not due to laziness and to mark legacy cars. Oh yeah we also we still have that compact sports car coming on the way it just needs a redesign, and after that a 90s midsize saloon" He added a "stay tuned" after the fact. As for the design of the logo itself, it provides a refresh in a world where Olar and Aralos -- one a model rebadger who slapped the Olar name on everything from the Elektrisk Polaris to the Aralos Cheetah, the other a Solara model rebadger who just changed the badges on a Solara Mycro and released it, calling the model their own -- exist and engage with all sorts of mischief. The previous logo, which read "Solara" in the font Beon Medium, was quite easy to replicate using the 3DText plugin many have. The new logo should provide a less changeable brand, which'll do much to deter copycats and defamers. Finally, Carblox will keep an eye out for that compact sports coupe and 90's midsize saloon alongside all things Solara. The Summer Vuelo Turned Really, Really Pretty As the Prairie hatch nears completion, Vuelo has begun teasing the next model we'll get from them in promo images, and it's safe to say Vuelo had a glow up over the summer. Image Credits: Dev_Jar (Vuelo) The model has yet to be named, but from the good peeks we've gotten from brand owner Dev_Jar, the car is looking to be a coupe, a good looking coupe. We don't know anything about it, but with the Prairie looking to be a fully realized form for the company, the next model looks to be quite intriguing. Image Credits: Dev_Jar (Vuelo) Dev_Jar says that general progress is looking a bit slow recently, but they expect the hatchback to release in November. According to him, the car needs a few plugins before release. Image Credits: Vuelo Carblox will update you on more announcements regarding Vuelo. Espila Unity Automotive's Slow Return to Form The automotive corporation has been relatively on the down low recently, but co-owner Bryan_JamRBLX dropped some photos from subsidaries Prakt and Venus hinting to has he put it: "The beginning of something nice." We got two snapshots, one of the Verktyg SUV that has been in development limbo for well over a year now and the Venus XG9, which has also been in development purgatory as far as an outsider looking in can see. These models haven't been seen since way earlier in the year, but they're still here, and they look better than they did last time they were prominently seen. Image Credits: Bryan_JamRBLX (Prakt) While we don't know anything else about the models, it's great that they weren't dropped out of the blue, especially when they have also used the time they were out of the spotlight to refine and redesign. EUA is slowly, but surely, returning to form and function, alongside bringing it with their next projects. Carblox will keep tabs on Prakt, Venus, Espila, and the entire group. Stay tuned to see it and more. Image Credits: Venus This section of the article was brought to you by Keeping Up With The Kashfluds from WagnerMedia Irwin and the Kouei Marina. • Industry Digest 25: NVNA Achieves Lift Off

Konian announces a remake, Vuelo comes back with a bang, APEXGROUP goes for the atmosphere, ROBLOX hates us, and other news stories. Written by Catalyst_0. Image Credits: T3STAR What We Missed Where Was Carblox? The entire months of June and July. Carblox was planning to release Industry Digest 25 earlier this July, but it was left at 100% complete and it was scrapped. Carblox Staff got to take a break from the publication over the summer, and we launched Carblox Reviews and released a review of the Nimbus SE. Expect more activity now. Artion Group: The New Home for PIO and C-WORLD. Yeah, it's basically just reorganizing Performance International Omega's brand portfolio to be under a new name and face. Nimbus "Facelifted" The Veir We got another Veir. Nimbus dropped the V20E and V20E RWD sedans earlier today (or September 4th). The sedan featured slightly higher quality and a CarPlay system that was jammed into the GPS screen, alongside working gauges. Otherwise, it's more an update to the previously released V30E we got earlier this year than a full facelift. Otherwise, nothing has changed, from the trunk door not opening to the tuning. MXZBRO's New Company Valiente The performance car company is planning to unveil their debut model this holiday season, and it looks to be a hypercar. Vector Wants Back In You know how Vector has essentially been non-existent in recent times? Well no more! The Divisor Group company is returning to become the fastest car brand once again, after both Electility and the forgotten brand Rapide both took it's crown after the brand went silent. Well Vector released a test mule, and is making it clear it's coming back. Image Credits: AreDee The Next Car Chassis From NVNA After over 2 months since merging with/acquiring APEX and Oaken to form APEXGROUP, NVNA has remained relatively silent, until recently. NVNA is iconic for being the brand that powers some 90-98% of ro-fictional automotive's vehicles alongside the majority of motorcycles. If you're not releasing a plane, a tank, or a boat, chances are you're using A-Chassis, unless you're Quo and Elektrisk who's using the mysterious BoltChassis or the one brand who uses RivionDrive (Auva, formerly Velodo). Well, NVNA is making a new car chassis, using the core from driving game BeamMG Drive's own car chassis. The car chassis, which is looking to be called NVNA Constraint Type: Car (although that's not confirmed naming) is not A-Chassis 7, which was announced way earlier this year. NVNA Constraint Type: Car will be the official chassi on NVNA, APEX, and Oaken cars, alongside possible other partner brands, and will feature a standalone release after. Avxnturador, APEXGROUP's owner, gave us a look into a unfinalized set up of the chassis. Image Credits: Avxnturador And it looks nothing like chasses we've seen before. Constraint Type Car will feature damage and thermals, but that will come after it is debuted to makers. Thanks to being ported straight from BeamMG, one of the top games for open-sourced simulation, Avxnturador says that NCT: Car: "Ported to Roblox, this is slated to be one of the most accurate models." BUT that's not all we got from the company... Headline: NVNA Achieves Liftoff NVNA isn't done dominating this press cycle, as on August 26th, the APEXGROUP marque published a release about the next big thing from them. To quore Avxnturador, the guy who runs all three brands: "Ever since we’ve been admitted to APEXGROUP, we’ve been working in the background with plans and the like. APEX is for the masses, Oaken is for luxury, and we’re for the performance. However, we’re also the ones for the tech. It’s our new goal to be right at the crossroads between technology and the automotive industry while extending out to either direction." This is where they announced Skies, their "flagship technological frontier". Or in layman's terms, Android Automotive inside Roblox. Skies is a separate subsidiary of NVNA, which was added in an addendum to the original announcement. Skies (or more accurately, S.K.I.E.S) is an acronym for Standardized Kiosk, Information and Entertainment System, and yes, it is an infotainment system, but also a control center, for not just APEXGROUP cars, but for select partner brands. But it's not just an infotainment system, according to Avxnturador: "However, it will also be in other items such as other partnered cars, phones, keyfobs, house control, music systems, anything that we can think of for work, home, and mobility." So, it's more Android in whole. NVNA is already known for maintaining A-Chassis, which is the basis for most of the ro-automotive industry's cars and motorbikes, but is also planning to power your car's infotainment and key fobs, your smart home, your phone, your jukebox, and probably more. So essentially, they're joining Roblox's ro-technology market, but they have already won the entire sector, with the formerly popular prop tech niche on life support. But while this is quite exciting news, it's closed, to quote Avxnturador once more: "As of now, this system is under closed doors as development kicks off and then continues. All APEXGROUP cars will use this system, alongside other partner cars at the sole discretion of NVNA. Applications will not open for developers as of now, however in the future we do intend to offer our services to select technological developments." So while it's plenty possible for a brand you like to use Skies, it's not going to be soon (obviously, this is a very ambitious project) and besides APEXGROUP brands such as Oaken and APEX Technologies, partners are completely unconfirmed (besides Quo, who has their own iQ (IQ) auto infotainment system). NVNA plans to keep us in the loop on Skies, be it "progress updates or news-worthy accomplishments", so you can join the NVNA server here if you want news straight from the horse's mouth, or follow up on Carblox updates about it.
